I Figured I should start a Thread for this tablet since it didn't have one just for the Zenithink.

I searched the forum and it was mentioned in 5 threads but nothing just for the tablet itself.

I pre-ordered one of these from Merimobiles HERE I really like the specs for it and I talked to a few devs about it and they said it was a really nice tablet as long as it worked like it should.

This is the information on the website.

All I have to do now is find a way to tether my phone to it, hopefully there will be a solution soon... Ill update when I get the apad

Make sure you post a review here when you get it and try it out. I am interested in this device. Battery life mainly.

yeah thats the old review when the tablet was first announced not bad but I will post a new one when I get my tablet in a few weeks.

I hope you get the second (new) batch, with the "new" wifi module that slatedroid talked about. The original batch had wifi overheating problems when used w/ Android, though they worked w/ CE. I have no idea how to differentiate between these batches.

I think this should be the new batch because its a pre-order for the Aug 2nd shipment.
And from what I read on slatedroid it was WinCE version that overheated.

When I get this what do you want me to review first?
Also we can chat live on IRC at irc.freenode.net /join #AndroidTablets if you want to contact me about my review I will be doing.

OK. I am expecting mine to arrive in the next week or so. I want to use mine with a 3g modem if possible as well as a printer.

Maybe if the machine is a large seller someone with android technical expertise could set up a user website dedicated to this device.

Trimpcs.

I am looking for buy a tablet.I think maybe the Zenithink tablet is best candidate rightnow. I read a review about the 10.2" tablet.Who have bought the tablet.Would you mind give me some feedback.I wanna have a device like as iPad,But i would rather chooose android sysyem.I like google.

Now i know the androidtime's price is lowest. It is just 219USD.and will send a free Solor Portable Power. It is very attractive.Who have bought from this store.androidtime androidtime.com/shop/
Is it trustworthy? It looks a bit professional.

Looks a bit fishy to me a lot of small mistakes in the english and on the site <example: the Blog button says Bolg and small things like that.> its probably a chinese site trying to sell to us residents.

Shanzai.com have just posted an early review today of the zt-180.
No real technical details yet about it's connectivity, but it looks good.

YouTube - Second look at the Zenithink ZT-180 ePad...next to Apple's iPad

It is a bit thicker than the iPad and is called the ePad with a Microsoft Internet Explorer looking logo on boot up.
It seems to play movies well in realplayer.

I have one. It's amazing on the current Android 2.1. It performs perfectly. I have a usb stick full of PDFs for work, so I just plugged it in and was able to play each of them on a crystal clear screen. portrait is not perfect, because the wise screen is wider than the page and the current apps will not scroll between pages (one page at a time), but in landscape mode it is very nice. I loaded huge 50MB PDFs that loadedquickly and scrolled smoothly.

Battery life is a little concern, as it seems to fall fast, but nothing like the <1hour horror stories I've been reading. (I have the screen on retina burning high levels which is very clear, but glossy.) The android config is not perfect to begin with. GPS is left on for some reason, when there is no GPS software.

I'll try some apps and the internet tonight. But very good at the moment.

because shanzai writes

"this video of the Zenithink ZT-180 iPad needs to be prefaced with some background information. Firstly this product is not yet available on the market and the device we have on hand is a pre-production sample not a finished product. We pushed hard to get a hold of this device because we think it
