Sprint sucks

Ummm its only 40 points separating the top from the bottom in a 1000 point scale....so if you had any perspective at all (which you clearly dont)...They would all suck....

And a whole lot JDP does for T-Mobile there still the only carrier losing subs.....

and Sprint is near the top in every other study done, but last in JDP where it was tops just a few months ago....Yea that's clearly perspective *sarcasim*...and oh Verizon went from 1 to 3 seems like they fell harder than Sprint according to JD Powers...

Who the f... cares, my service is great and the only time I have ever talked to CS they were great. Personally I just don't see how anyone could need to be on the phone with CS that often (if ever)

i've talked with half a dozen people over the last 3 days trying to find out why my 4g went to crap after being perfect for the first 25 days.

they are clueless.

i also called to get the activation fee waived since i had to buy instore since they never have any evo's instock on line. and there answer was always i'll get fired if i do that, or that is fraudulent. on top of that, have you visited sprint.com lately? talk about the slowest internet sight online.

who know an add is an add.....and Verizon and ATT have just as many if nore more government contracts as Sprint....

Again don't understand your quest to bash Sprint, with very skewed bias information...

Again only 40 point separate the Top from the bottom...That not alot in a 1000 point spread

Was someone holding a gun to your head forcing you not to wait for your EVO? Sometimes one has to put a price in "I want it now". In this case it's the activation fee.

AS for the website.... pretty fast on my end you must have an issue with your ISP better call CS

what exactly are you frustrated about? their JDP ranking or them not waiving your activation fee? you should know youre running the risk of it not getting waived...

the activation fee i understand. i can deal with paying it, but don't you find it odd that if you buy online you pay one price and if you buy in a sprint store you pay a different price. i don't care for that kind of pricing. but whatever, i did get 50 of the 72 waived.

my real beef was this week when the 4g network stopped working, but sprint said everything from, i can't help you, to there is no problem, to the world famous reboot your phone. now of course, i wasn't the only one. look on the help forums here and you will see a dozen plus people haveing the same issue. CS was truly useless.

Sprints website is great here. And, I've been with sprint for 10 years, about the same number of phones and have NEVER been charged an activation fee and have NEVER purchaced a phone online. Sounds like you have alot of user errors goin on.
