yes. The only issue with doing this is if you get a bootloop you will have no idea what caused it, the rom, the theme or the kernel.

That being said I often flash 2 to 3 files at once and I have no issue. Rom manager can do multiple zips as well if you have Advanced mode turned on.

This is slightly off topic but, is "Install Rom from SD" the same as "Install Zip from SD" in recovery? In other words, can I flash any zip using "Install Rom from SD"?

In CW recovery, some of the ROMs give you options to check mark and it installs all in one.
I agree with OMJ - kernels and themes can cause boot loops and then you don't know which it is.
