Help Big problem moment with drivers

i have tried everything....i mean everything i can

my samsung android composite adb interface under the device status is says this device cannot start(code10) when in downloading mode

but when i have the phone connected when its on normally it works fine it even pops up
samsung android composite adb interface and says its working properly but when i try to update my phone and have to go into downloading mode it just wont work

can anyone please help me

have you tried deleting all the samsung drivers on your computer and re downloading them from the sprint website?

i have tryed deleting and reinstalling...it dosent work...and i dont think they have them on the sprint website
