So I ordered the X on the 26th and have been patiently waiting for the phone to arrive. That day is tomorrow. Duh duh duh.

I work 8-6 and it is set to arrive before 3. Clearly, I have things left to do...

1. Wake up for the last time to my Samsung Alias 2's alarm and realize it will only get better.

2. Write the nicest letter to the FedEx delivery man/woman asking them to leave my package on the porch in a provided plastic bag, as it is supposed to rain. The porch is covered, but I am not taking any chances.

3. Fill my car with gas, because it is low--and god forbid I run out of gas on the way home.

4. I'll arrive home after work with the package on my doorstep, but no way of actually using it. Only because I need to wait for my roommate to come home so I can use HIS phone to call Verizon and have them switch the ESN from my Dad's to mine. I have been told I can't use my phone to request that---as I would lose my esn during mid-call. Anyway....gonna be a long wait as I wait for him to return from his damn language class

5. With that said, I have my Steinheil Ultra Crystal protector already to go, so that will be the first thing I do after I open the phone. This phone is getting its condom. Period.

6. Wait, wait, wait.

7. Roommate walks in and I use his phone--but have to make sure my Dad doesn't use HIS phone when Verizon plays around with ESNs.

8. Finally, the ESNs will be switched and I will be ready to play with it for the rest of the night.......until my roommate forces me to work out with him--further delaying playtime with my new X. At least it will be under my roof at that point. I cannot wait :)
