Couple of questions: Call log & Toolbar

The call log keeps popping up a "Call log tips" screen. I've selected the "dont show this again" but it still shows up. How can I stop this?

Can I change the apps on the toolbar? I want to get rid of the email app and put in the Gmail app.

I don't know why the call log shows up, but you can rearrange those 4 apps:

click the application key -> settings key -> view type -> customizable grid -> settings key -> edit

3 of your bottom keys (not the app key) will get little shadows around them and you can move them around and replace them with other apps.

I dont have a "view type" in my settings. Any other way to get to it?
