Root Help!

somebody help quick lol.. i've rooted my phone using the one click root method, everything was going fine. nandroid back up, installed the new radio and rom, factory reset, wiped the dalvik, and i've booted up the new rom (using neophyte 1.6) and it just hangs on the nexus one bootscreen! i've dropped the battery and gone into clockwork recovery, but it just hangs..

lol like a chicken at a slaughter house mate. all done now though, and im not rooted

running neophyte 1.6 and i have to say its very stable! just adding all of my photos/videos and music back on.

any things i should do first? i need to create the ext3 partition for the apps2sd+ feature. what app could i use for that?

I never bothered doing that, i just installed mod install location
