Accessories Clear or Color Battery Replacement Door

Just thought I would post on here about my project.. Its taken me 3 weeks using a caliper but I finally was able to make a proper door. Tons of suggestions from XDA members..

Anyway, I am finally doing pre-orders. I also plan on sending a few samples to the admin of this site to hopefully do a review.. During the pre-order phase I am doing free shipping and even offering multi door discounts starting at 2 doors..

I like the clear, but I think a red backing would be pretty sweet, or yellow.

I ordered 2 clear doors. What a great price! I haven't found any battery doors online, let alone a clear one.

Joe has put a ton of work into these and it shows. People who order are not only getting a great product but will be helping to support the efforts of a fellow member.

Since its a group buy.. as soon as we get them ordered. We are over half way there right now.

I don't know how feasible it is, but I have a suggestion that might help you get even more sales on these replacement doors.

The case-mate cases have a raised lip that comes up to cover the camera lens. If somehow, you can make a new mold with a raised lip that'll protect the camera lens, I'm sure you'll get a TON of people interested in those.

I know I would be. This way, even though I have a protective film on my camera lens, I could use my phone without a case and not worry about the lens getting cracked. Just a suggestion.

The Barely There the only EVO case Case-Mate has on its website, and it appears to have a little "lip" around the camera.

Tried looking through the different case threads that have been started to see if anyone posted pics, but unfortunately couldn't find any.

If that's something that could be done easily, I'd definitely be interested and even better if you could offer different colors. Granted, the lens protector I have on right now is working fine, It'd be better (IMO) if I just didn't have to worry about it at all w/ the battery door having a protective shell over the camera lens.

Well, it seems with too many pre-orders changing the design cant happen.. some that pre-ordered were not happy with the change.

refund.. I have no interest in stealing anyones money.. I have said this since the beginning.. every cent that i have received so far is still sitting in paypal.
