Help Unread email count on LauncherPro?

Is there any way to get unread e-mail count on Launcher Pro? It is NOT a Gmail account. Just regular email.

Thank you! I appreciate it. I've been messing with LauncherPro for two days, and I'm still confused.

What do you mean by regular email? POP3? If so, you can have gmail download your POP3 email, then use the gmail app for all email. The problem with that is you won't get emails immediately. Gmail will download emails once every hour give or take a little based on how many emails it downloaded in the last period. It works well for me because I don't need every one of my emails right away.

In your other thread I tried to answer your question. Here it is again:

Basically the answer is that (other than the stock gmail app) the unread count for email doesn't update in the little green bubble because it is from Sense UI. LaucherPro cannot access info from Sense UI and that is what HTC uses to updated the unread count in its app. To date the developer has not found a way to get the unread count without rooting.

I understand your frustration--it is probably the biggest complaint I have but I still use it for all the great customization. You should probably search around on their forums a bit more.
