HI everybody, getting a MyTouch Slide soon!

Im going to order one soon, and basically just want to knowledge myself with everything on it asap, ya know?

I've heard about rooting, and something called apps2sd, but I wanna know what's what and everything. Im pretty sure I wanna root, though, but I just wanna know wth a Cupcake or Donut and whatnot is.

A little more about me, im Puerto Rican, from Jersey and im also very computer savvy, so you can talk tech to me.

Cupcake, donut, etc are 'codenames' for the android builds. Android 2.2(not officially released) which will have flash 10.1 built in is codenamed Froyo (some kinda dessert). 2.1, which is the most used now i believe is codenamed eclair (someone correct me if i'm wrong)
