lol you read my mind.

UPDATE: ok this is kinda weird. When I was testing last night and found the sleeping bug, I was only charging the phone for about 20 minutes or so at a time. I left it plugged in overnight, and woke up to a fully charged phone. I unplugged it, and found it is a sleeping phone, as well. So I guess if you let it fully charge, its ok. Not sure, but I'll definitely keep my eye on it.

I realized the sleep thing yesterday when I was making the md5 and my phone was plugged in for about 45 minutes, but my phone really isnt a good test.

Also if you do experience a sleep bug but do not want to restart your phone because it takes to long, or your like me and forget to turn on the phone after turning it off :D Download and isntall Fast Reboot from the market and run that if you are experiencing a sleep bug

As a side note I am looking into getting the downloads tab back onto the market page instead of the tmobile link

I tried pushing the market from galaxy on your last release to no avail. Market worked, but the tmo picks link was still there. I'm wondering if it might be something in framework or possibly the build.prop file. I plan on experimenting with a2sd for the next release. What I'd like to get my hands on is a copy of recovery from galaxy final, so we would be able to partition the sd from recovery. Perhaps BH_MAN would be willing to help our cause...

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Later this week I will no longer have this phone, I plan on releasing one more rom which will be my 8/1 release with an updated ADW, root working and the barnacle tether, this will fix the sleep bug but require you to choose ADW on first boot. I will also be posting the Framework-res.apk that I used to create the rom which includes animations and the battery Icon, if you have any else you want me to post let me know, I will still be on the forum helping out with this rom for trouble shooting, It has been a pleasure working with this phone and I hope the best for all the users.

Sad to see you go, but at the same time I'm happy for you. What will you be moving on to? I'm not able to drop this phone just yet, so I still wanna try getting a2sd working on this rom, with your permission, of course. If there is anything you have that may help me beyond whats in the forum already, that would be awesome. Its been a pleasure working with you.

If you are talking about the letter c at the top of the list when you first go into contacts, thats a bug in the program. It should still scroll like normal. The fc is occuring on the touchwiz dialer because the contacts portion of it has been replaced with the other contacts app from xda. I never use this dialer. Bearsfan and microhaxo have both tried to pull it, but can't because its tied up with too many other system stuff. You can thank samsung for righteously raping the standard android system.
Anyway, if you still can't get the contacts app to scroll, I'd try resetting the phone.

Again probably a problem with removing TwLauncher so that will be back on the next rom and should fix any of the problems. Last release will be tonight, its basically the 8/1 release with root, barnacle fix and adw updated, I will also be posting the framework res.apk. I'm sorry for the short notice on the phone, I was planning on having it for a few more weeks

Misread your post

FINAL UPDATED POSTED

Sleep bug avoided by putting back TwLaucnher, you now have to choose on first boot, and put back stock browser. Root, Barnacle fix and updated ADW.

framework res is also posted able to be used on microhaxo's,

I will have the phone until tomorrow so any bugs please report soon so I can look into it

Installed the final version over Take 5. Installation went without any problems, the phone booted fine and the touch screen worked from the first boot.
Just played with it for a few minutes. It goes to deep sleep properly with wifi on and it reconnects when it wakes up.
Two things I noticed: it takes longer to boot than Take 5 - about 30 seconds longer. And the Contacts scroll less smooth than the stock contacts (that are in Take 5).

you would have to put alot of the bh2 stock things on there which would make it less of a rom and more of hey I just put ADW root and barnacle on the phone. The best way to describe how twiz is on the phone would be comparing it to jenga, if you remove some pieces the structure still functions but loses stability, so when I removed most of the bloatware from twiz the contacts would not sync.

thanks for the feedback

Flashed from 1.6 Tweaked to your rom, everything is smooth so far, no force closes so far and battery life is good(with 2g), at 47% after around 10 hours of use. Good work bearsfa85 love the rom.

thanks for the feedback, I figure you get about a day of battery us on 2g with no force closes, thanks for the feedback.
