You must have gained s-off via unrevoked forever tool. This then goes in the root of your sd card, and then when you boot into hboot, it will ask if you want to update.

It is from the second leak. mrozzeh left it in the rom when he uploaded it. We just couldn't install it till now.

So if I flash this radio, I can install any 2.2 Rom (would prefer FrankenRom), and everything will work? With the new Forever, will it be easier to flash the stock Radio if need be?

adrynalyne, will this new radio cause the 3g losses in the secondwave or the franken roms like the trouble I was having recently?

The 3g loss was causing me to have to toggle airplane mode off and on. most times that fixed it, but other times not.

Thoughts?

quick question (i want to make sure i'm understanding this right)...

i have a rooted incredible, running with the stock radio and stock rom. if i want to upgrade to a 2.2 radio and 2.2 rom, can i install unrevoked forever and then install this radio without unrooting first, or do i still need to go thru the unroot, install OTA, re-root, etc song and dance?
