I was on a call and all of the sudden, I dropped the call. No big deal, but then I lost service in my house for 5 mins. I make calls from here all the time. So, I shut the phone off and turned it back on and all my contacts are gone!!!!! I shut it off and turned it back on and they didn't come back. There are hundreds of contacts and most are linked to facebook, one on one of course.

How do I get them back!?

Try resyncing your phone with those accounts. If that doesnt work you may n to factory reset the phone and try registering thos accounts again.

Try everything except factory reset, save that for your last resort.

Speed dials are gone. The contacts are still in gmail. But, I just got a new job and have a lot of new numbers that I added this week. Doesn't even show calls that I made.

O

Diffenitly a lemon. That should have corrected the issue for sure.

Well, after over an hour in the verizon store, it turns out that my phone was deactivated when some moron at verizon activated a new phone and used my number. So, my phone is working, but I have to reload everything, connect to facebook and upload my apps.... could be worse right?! NOOOO!! They gave me a 30 dollar credit for wasting the 2 hours no the phone. I am going to call them back and give me more money for being idiots in the first place and giving some other girl my number!
