Help I7500xxik1

hi guys!!

have you seen that in the opensource.samsungmobile page there were released new sources UPDATES (1 & 2) for the Samsung Galaxy??

in particular, in the UPDATE2 you could find a file a zip named I7500XXIK1 ... very interesting...maybe a new firmware??? :))))

does anyone know how to compile the FIRMWARE from that sources??

yes...there are all the sources...Spica, Behold II, Galaxy...and the interesting thing is that the firmwares of Behold II and Galaxy are very similar...

in particular I've looked inside the drivers...the Melfas ones in order to understand multitouch capabilities...

and what it is interesting it is that the Behold II has the same kernel of the Galaxy, but some drivers are improved...if you give a look to the Melfas ones, you could see an improvement of the code and the possibility to update only the touchscreen firmware, like the camera!!


...it's all very interesting....:))))
