BUGS!!! Which ones have infested yours?

Anyone notice that the phone is getting buggier as days go on. The phone worked miraculously well at first, and now more and more peculiar things are occuring.

Where the h**l is the appropriate support? Verizon supports by playing with the phone while talking to you, Motorola just sends eveything up tier and does not return phone calls, and Google...well they have become the silent partner.

Can people list specific buggy issues they are experiencing so that we can assemble a consolidated of consistently experienced issues that can be thrown at these companies...they like to say there are no issues.

1. Google Maps/latitude...mapping of tag is not perfectly calibrated
2. Calendar default page changes
3. Phone is not auto-syncing routinely (what is the default sync time for contacts/calendar....cannot be changed)
4. TXT message status reports "PENDING" that do not update
5. GMail contact birthdates that populate google calendar are not syncing to phone calendar
6. No way to clear MSN trash bin...up to 500 messages

Mine has worked great since launch day!
1. Google Maps/latitude...mapping of tag is not perfectly calibrated
This is true with any gps device on any platform, there can be purposeful errors that will not give you a location. It's GPS!

2. Calendar default page changes
No idea on this, my default calendar page is the current day, and I use it, well daily.

3. Phone is not auto-syncing routinely (what is the default sync time for contacts/calendar....cannot be changed)
Contacts/calendar sync very quickly for me, almost every time. For example, I get a new outlook calendar entry, I have tool that syncs to google calendar. I'll check the droid not more than a minute after the online sync to google, and viola, it's there on droid!

4. TXT message status reports "PENDING" that do not update
I've never seen this, but there's been recent txting issues on a lot of carriers over the last few weeks. I was at BB last weekend, and you should have seen the furious iphone users that sent txt's but their kids/spouses/lovers/gimps didn't receive the txt with no warning.

5. GMail contact birthdates that populate google calendar are not syncing to phone calendar
I dont' use birthdays, but I have noticed that there are synced up facebook birthdays!

6. No way to clear MSN trash bin...up to 500 messages
No idea on this, could truly be a bug, I don't use MSN.

Wow... again... Its a new and very complicated device running a fairly new OS. Be patient. If you want your device to be perfect the first time then give up on being an early adopter.

Why would you call Verizon and Motorola for google based issues? You would most likely get more support/answers from google/gmail help pages, or seeing if you can start a case.

Every new replease software has ome things that are not perfect, and others that are someone elses idea of perfect.

As far as getting buggier, every app you install has the potential to break something else. Android and Java do not meet their promise or application idependence. If you think you have bugs now wait until the Dec 11 software update.

I had the scariest bug today; phone completely went dead. bottom four lighted buttons on, but no screen. Took battery out and replaced it. Rebooted, but got stuck on red-eye screen. Getting worried at this point. Tried to reboot via button, but wouldn't respond. Took battery out and replaced it again. Rebooted to home screen, but no programs would work when clicked except settings. Shut down via button and rebooted. Still no programs worked. received a phone call but couldn't answer because screen went black. Rebooted again via button. Rebooted like 2-3 more times. Finally programs start working...sigh of relief...

sigh... I have a love-hate relationship with the Droid...it does so much when it's functioning right...my friend's iPhone does so much, and almost always functions correctly...let's hope the 12/11/09 update will fix a lot of these crazy bugs.
