Can you change the folders to be icons? I did it on the Moment with an open home icon pack, but I cant seem to do it on my Hero.....sorry if this is a repost

Search the market for "Any Cut" I believe that's what it's called. You should be able to do what you're wanting to do.

Quite easy to create a foller and add shortcuts, is that what you want to do?

Here are two methods.

1. Pre-defined folder - Go to the scene where you want the folder. Long press and then let go. Then select the folder. The folder will move to the scene.

2. Custom Folder - Go to the scene where you want the folder. Long press, select Folder, select New Folder and a new folder will be created on that scene.
-Then click that folder, after it opens long press the title bar to change the name.
-While the folder is still open, select the ^ programs list and long press any app to drop it into that folder.

Pretty cool huh?

I know how to create folders, what I'm asking is if there is a way to change the folder to an icon, such as an xbox icon.

right now I have folders on my homescreen that are just plain looking white folders, when I had the Moment I downloaded Open Home - xbox360 Icon Pack and there was an option to customize your folder and make the plain white folder an icon.

the option to customize the folder using an icon seems to be not be available on the Hero even though I have Open Home - xbox360 Icon Pack. I'm hoping I am missing something.
