Anyone else with the Arkon car mount having complaints? Mine is rattling past the point I can put up with, and no one at Arkon is answering calls so I don't even know how to return it at this point.

I've never had a problem with vibration or rattling with mine. Which one did you get and where did you mount it?

Mine is the mega, and it seems my brother's mini doesn't have the same rattling. Mounted on air vent, but the vent isn't the issue. Rattle is coming mostly from the side holders that retract.

I can't even reach their sales department. How in the world is anyone supposed to return something to Arkon?
