We really only use this for customers and do not want it collected by SPAM harvesters. Not very responsible really!
In response to your post, we have explained in great detail why you would need to upgrade the service.
If you find a cheaper alternatively, we'd be happy to match it every time.
However!!...
Importantly, most other suppliers don't have the ability to sell codes from all 4 databases and so if you try elsewhere with an IMEI from the new DB, you'll simply get a refund and told 'Sorry, not found'.
Our testimonials from customers who use this service regularly read along the lines of 'Thanks... You succeeded where others failed'.
Furthermore, sadly the wholesale supply of codes from the 4th database is controlled by a single source and the price is currently being kept high.
If you want codes from the 4th database, at this moment in time, you have to pay a premium for them.
Our email to you was detailed and explanatory and your refund was processed promptly.
You only weren't told the correct price at the point of payment because you bought it from a website which is due to be upgraded soon.
