Back up question

I need to do a hard restart to get the new update to work. I still have BAD battery life. I am trying to back up all the information to my Google account. When I sink my phone with my Google account not all the contacts show up. When I look at the phone under contacts the ones that do not show up say phone next to them. The ones that do say google nest to them. How do I ge the ones that say phone to show up?

How do I get the ones that say phone to show up?

You'll have to change them to Google contacts. Someone posted recently about an app in the Market that will do just that.... can't remember the name of it right now but a search should turn it up.

Thanks got them changed but not when I go to sync it says the process has stopped and I have to force close. It has not put the contacts to my account. Starting to not like this phone.
