Accessories How is the Bodyglove snap on case?

I'm using one and I'm not real impress
ed.I had the phone fall less than a foot to the ground and the case popped open. Luckily the phone landed on top of the back half of the case. The rubber grip portion on the back is pealing away on both sides and has been for awhile. Not good for something only 2-1/2 months old. I also would second the tough to open (at least the first time). So much so that I thought the was going to come flying apart, you know like when you have a stubborn bag of chips that just explode everywhere when you finally tear the bag open? Just my 2 cents plus interest. :D

I didn't really like it. It's a pain in the arse to remove if needed, and the piece over the volume rocker is pretty flimsy.

I bought this case because I'm not going to just leave my phone unprotected while I wait for otterbox to get their stuff going and it was only 20 bucks at the sprint store. But the little piece by the volume rocker is totally flimsy and at a closer look you can see it doesn't even contour to the phone properly. Also SUPER HARD to get off. So much so that after my first attempt I gave up and figured I'd just leave it on till I get my otterbox. On a good note, it definitely does the job as far as protecting the bulbous camera lens! :)

I bought one when i activated my evo mainly because i could get 20% off if i bought two accessories. The main i dont like is that it makes the phone kinda bulky and it is already a big phone. Mine has held up good so far. It does not come off easy either, I've never dropped mine so, i dont know if it pops open when you drop it. I am going to sell mine though because i have a new clear TPU case coming.

My first case was fine for about a month and a half - until I left it laying out in the sun and the back rubberish part started peeling off b/c it got too hot. Too it back to Sprint and was given a new one with no hassle. That case worked great except for that one problem. Then, on the second one, about a month later, the top right corner sarter cracking for no reason, which kept it from snapping together on that corner. The same thing is also happening to my moms case.

I absolutely loathe the BodyGlove case. I will be replacing it soon with Seidio. The case snaps on and is easily removable. My problem with this case is that it makes the phone feel cheap and bulky. This case should not be priced even half of what it retails for. The feel is just not the same with the case on, which is a big negative for me. My BF bought this cover when he dropped my EVO but I do not believe this cover would protect the phone from any impact. The front half unsnaps pretty easily. My 3 year old has undone it. If it were dropped I am sure the cheap plastic part would just crack or break.

Overall, the Bodyglove case is poorly made and makes the phone look cheap!

+1 to everyones imput. I have one and wish I could sell it for half what I paid for it then I wouldnt feel like it was a complete waste. I actual droped my phone from about two feel on a tiled floor and it landed on its edge and broke the corner off. It did however protect the phone and sprint told me when I took it back that they will replace it up to three times if it breaks under a year warranty. I am back with the platinum case and holster I picked up on launch day. On a side note, this case will work with the platinum/seidio holster.
