Release date in Canada?

Does anyone know of a release date for this phone in Canada or roughly how much longer it usually takes for Canada to get them after the US?

Also, I'm going down to the states, if I bought the phone down there, would I be able to unlock it and use it in Canada (most likely with Rogers)? Is this difficult/ risky?

no you wouldnt be able to unlock it and i havent heard of Canadian carriers getting it.

It is would be impossible to use this phone with Rogers since they are a GSM carrier. You could get the Vibrant or Captivate to work though.

It might be because this phone has no sim card.

GSM phones uses sim cards. The Epic is a CDMA phone. I am not familiar with any other Canadian providers. It looks like Telus is a CDMA carrier. However I don't know if the Epic can be run on it.
