FRG01B is the update that has already rolled out (and is probably already done now). I just got the last letter mixed up. I guess that's what happens when two updates are pushed back-to-back like this...

I have a feeling that some of them probably didn't really get FRG22D, but instead just wanted to look like the first to get it. Then again, I don't believe anyone who says things like that without screen shots.

But, since I already have the official Flash release, I'm not too worried about this second update.

I question it somewhat because those are the only people I have heard say that they have gotten FRG22D. Also, it has only been rumored that the update was going to begin it's roll-out on 08/24/2010. Today I have heard that the roll-out is going to begin tomorrow 08/26/2010. I have not heard a single official announcement from Verizon, Motorola, or Google (not that Google has anything to do with the custom builds). The Verizon website only talks about the update and what it does for us, but nowhere does it say when FRG22D is going to start to roll-out.

I have been with this forum for both the 2.1 and the 2.2 OTA's and have seen people claim that they got the OTA when in fact they hadn't gotten it at that time. This, combined with the fact that I have not read anywhere else that anyone else has received FRG22D, forces me to question the validity of the few claims I read on that blog.

I guess it all boils down to the fact that I don't believe everything I hear, unless there is substantial evidence to back it up. Also, I question just about everything and everyone.

No argument from me on that head (not being filled with warmth and love in regard to the government). I regard nearly EVERY action by our government as a bait-and-switch on an immense scale.

I was just giving you crap since the recent fly-by missions (by the Europeans) have photographed the original moon landing sites and the evidence is still there on the surface. Thus settling that conspiracy theory for good.
There are plenty of other deceitful actions by our own government that remain and ARE real...and very troubling.

And, as I said above, I also will believe that someone has received the new update when they share some credible details or screenshots verifying it.

I presume we should be seeing that update begin hitting today....

I'm not that bad... LOL However, I do believe that the government is hiding massive amounts of information regarding extraterrestrial experiments and projects. Of course that is probably from watching too many episodes of The X-Files.

I saw a couple threads started today stating that Verizon's Twitter account posted that they are rolling out the update starting today. I tried to find the tweet, but was unable to locate it. I have asked one of the posters to link us to the actual tweet so we may see it for ourselves.

Edit: The link was just posted in the thread I asked about. Here it is: http://mobile.twitter.com/verizonwireless. As far as I'm concerned, that's about as official as Verizon will ever get with us. I am now officially a believer (that FRG22D has started rolling out, not about out government... LOL)
