Help Camera spy app?

Hey guys im loooking to see if there is a type of spy camera app on android system that will allow me to keep the camera recording even if i went to the home screen. I have a feeling someone has been stealing my food in the fridge at my dorms and if i left the camera recording i can see who it is if i "accidentally left my phone on the counter"

any help? im sure that some app like this will help keep track of babysitters, watching your lawn if dogs constantly crap on it etc..

oh, btw, it has to have some sort of proximity/motion sensor on it i guess ( the dx has something like that doesn't it?)

i dont specifically know of a 'spy cam' app that will allow you to keep recording after going back to home BUT i have been using 'SECuRET LiveStream'. The demo is black and white but if you buy the full app for UK $2.99 then it will do color/audio/video.

works off of wifi. you open the app-->click 'start'--> it will give you an ip to enter into your laptops browser and boom.

works great. havnt noticed any glitches. check out the demo for free.

If they resort to stealing other people's food, what suspects you that they wouldnt' take a $600 smartphone just lying around?
