Root Possible to add T9 keyboard or Rom?

Well I kinda miss the t9 I had with my older phones, and at times I don't wanna use a keyboard, but I don't really have a choice. So I was wondering if there's a rom with or can I add it? And if I can how would I do that?

There's keyboard apps you can get for this, I know that Smart Keyboard PRO has a T9 feature, try Smart Keyboard Lite and see if it has it.
