If you haven't updated to 2.2 yet follow these instructions before you flash a FroYo ROM



1. Download latest Radio

2. Download latest Wimax

3. Flash ROM - finish setup

4. Reboot recovery - flash Radio

5. Reboot

6. Reboot back into recovery - flash Wimax

7. Reboot

8. Enjoy

Please refrain from any further accusations/recriminations regarding the contents of this ROM. It's helping nobody and is only causing ill-feeling. Staff will seek clarification from the dev.

On a general note:
Regardless of whether an app is paid-for or free, if the developer hasn't given permission for it to be distributed then to do so breaches copyright. That in turn has ramifications for Android Forums if the site is deemed to have assisted in the distribution.

no need to worry about battery life in any of my roms, promise. I'm still testing 1.3 for battery as we speak.

Having a problem flashing this to my Evo. I rooted 2.2 today and have Amron_RA recovery.
I wiped the cache and wiped data/factory reset.

When I try to flash from sdcard I get the following response.

Verifying update package...
E:Wrong digest:
system/app/Browser.apk
E:verification failed

Installation aborted.

I am new to all of this but this ROM seems sweet and I wanted to try my hand at flashing, but for some reason I am hitting a wall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As stated in the post, it must be flashed with Clockwork.

You can use RM to flash Amon right back afterwords if you want

No problem. Just download Rom Manager from the market. It has options to flash either (will do by itself) Very easy.

Once you flash clockwork, you can flash right back to Amon

Ok I went on rom manager and installed the rom from sd card and when it reboots on clockwork i clicked to reboot and nothing has changed :/ What am I doing wrong?

And you just have to use Clockwork to flash it. After that you can easily switch back with Rom Manager.
