help with captivate

so im returning my captivate in a few days because my wifi connects and after a couple minutes it would disconnect and not reconnect at all. i had it rooted and i did a master reset as well as the 1 click root/unroot. i believe i got everything out but i have one problem.. when i first rooted it i deleted some at&t apps. i dont know how to get them back or do you think that will void my warranty if i send it back with missing at&t apps? someone please help!!!

You can use Odin to get it back to it's original state.

I downloaded the Odin and the files and everything but I'm not quite sure how to use it. For example where do I out the firmware file and how exactly do I use Odin. And how to I get the phone in recover mode. Can u posse help or get me a lnk with a step by step instructions?
