Help Bedside mode?

Is there a bedside mode with Android that will allow you to silence all notifications, EXCEPT the ringer? I want to hear the phone ring in case of emergency, but need to silence email, text, etc.
Blackberry allowed you to set up profiles to do this. Can't find it with Android.
