Help Camara Memory card

so when i take pics of my cam they go in to the folder but then when i want to look at them again for some resson it deletes my pics. not every good as there were pics i needed init there. anyone else had this problem and i have formated the sd card before people say to do this. dose anyone know of a fix for this or what i should do

it is a 16gb and it is a sandisk 1 and i got it from vodafone when i got the phone and it has about 14gb left and it is not the first time this has happend it some times like says card is unmounted and stuff

ye ye i have had that aswell and the only way to fix is it is to wipe the whole card and format it. sandisk micro sd HC 16gb is the card i have got
