My speaker died because I work at a machine shop & accidentally got it too close to some metal filings, buying oem replacement parts (in this situation) is cheaper than using my warranty I guess.

Wow...that's pretty awesome. Thanks for sharing this website. Great first post.

All of the parts are cheaper than Sprint deductible (if ever needed), but just a good resource to have in the event a part needs to be replaced that Sprint is going to charge deductable on. I'm not sure how much I'd trust myself replacing parts, but there are some parts that are extremely cheap for oem (e.g. charger, cable, replacement battery, speaker).

Oh and I didn't see the EVO on the list of phones, so I just searched EVO and the parts show up. Good search engine!

The only issue is that it says it has a minimum quantity for some of its items. The digitizer glass, for example, has a minimum quantity of 3 if you want to buy one.

Yeah good find. And I would have to agree the battery for is a little pricey but everything else looks ok. I found it interesting that the lcd is made by samsung.

Woah! The white back cover replacement has white internals. Mine is red. Did they change it after the first white EVO's were sold?

I registered to thank the OP for the link. I had a similar speaker failure due to metal dust from running a grinder and really didn't want to go through the hassle of unrooting/setting up a replacement phone over something that simple. I'm waiting on the 5 (minimum quantity) replacement speakers to ship. Planning to replace the blown speaker and try sandwiching a small square of acoustically transparent cloth between the speaker opening and the battery cover to keep this from happening again.

Wish the rear camera wasn't out of stock and also soldered to the logic board. Bummer. Guess insurance claim it is. My luck I'll get a phone with all kinds of issues and mine works flawless minus the busted camera.

Let me know if 13 dollars shipped seems reasonable... the place I am ordering them from is the link in the orginal post, requiring minimum of 5, and 9 dollars shipping (unless you spend 70 dollars or more). Also, they are currently selling for about $22 shipped on ebay. I will put some on ebay as well for 15.00 shipped and keep them in stock as long as they are selling.

I would like to make a little money but also be worthwhile for those purchasing so any feedback is welcome. My speaker is blown as well as a co-workers which is what got me started looking into this..

Is this directed at me ? If so I am waiting for the shipment to come in. I considered selling them before I got them but I didn't want to take any chances with them not showing up in a reasonable time.

if you are interested I can keep one aside. I will only have 14 available to start .. if they sell well I will order a larger quantity and maybe add some other parts like the front speaker.
