Your likely stuck at a boot loop. Did you make a backup before flashing the rom? Why didn't you wipe data+cache before flashing?

You will need to get into the recovery that you flashed. And if you made a backup you need to restore with that backup.

With the phone off you hold SEND+MENU+PWR until the LG logo screen comes up then let go. That boots you into recovery

-Then power off your phone.

-Did you make a backup? If you use the restore option to restore with the backup you made.
-If not, go to this thread and download the Ally Stock v8 rom http://androidforums.com/ally-all-things-root/162973-high-speed-download-links-ally-software-es.html
-Then at the recovery screen select USB-MS Toggle and place the Ally v8 rom you downloaded into root of the sd card. Then follow the instruction to close the USB connection.
-Once the rom is on your phone do a data+cache wip and use the flash an zip form sdcard option to install the Ally v8 rom you downloaded.

i did the backup but now how do i do this properly and what does it do to the phone? and for instance if this happens again with hitting those buttons alway able me to backup my phone?

The backup will restore you phone to the rom you had previously
Yes as long as the recovery is flashed in this it is you will always be able to boot into recovery and restore with an backup or flash with a new rom.

Okay the best thing in my opinion would be

Do either 1 or 2 (try 1 frst if that dosent work then try 2)

1. Boot into recovery and do a data+cache wipe then try restoring the rom.

2. go to this thread and download the Ally Stock v8 rom High Speed Download Links for Ally Software(es)

This is the process you would use the v8 rom with.

the reason i tried that clockwork thing is because it showed a picture of different looking this you could do with the ally, did i just do it wrong? and is this v8 this like the same thing?

-The Ally v8 stock rom is a copy of the rom that shipped with the phone.
-I have no clue what you mean with "a picture of different looking this".
