Help Favorite friends...editing/removing?

hey all

Hope someone can help, one of those little things that is annoying me...

So on my favorite friends screen, I pressed on the picture for one of them, it asked me to configure a default action, and me and my stoopid fat fingers hit 'send mail' rather than call.

So, now, when I press on it, my mail app launches and it wants to email him. This is not ideal, I want to call him.

I have messed around with everything I can see to try and 1. change this action or 2. remove him from my fave friends so I can re-add him and select a new action.

Absolutely no idea how to do either. Any ideas?

I suggest to press the button with the 3 horizontal lines from the screen with favourite contacts, you will access a menu where you can edit the contacts: icon with the heart
