Actually - it's pretty easy.
First - if you like, you can keep copies of anything you like on your PC using the Titanium Backup Utility for just those apps your targeting.
Next, within Titanium, goto the Backup/Restore tab, find the offensive app, just tap the name - it will give you the option there to Backup - or in red - Wipe data and Un-install.
That's all there is to it. (Took me a while as well, I kept trying fancier things in Titanium.)
You can also use the adb tool for this, and you'll find various adb scripts at XDA to blow away all sorts of stuff using it.
I, however, recommend being conservative and taking your time.
Stick to the bloatware - and note well that your free Titanium only allows one backup at a time - so - kinda make sure that you keep a backup history on your PC/Mac/Linux.
