I have been using the Fresh Rom that was built on the sprint release and i never have over 30mb of internal space, this causes my phone to run extremely slow. I barely have any apps on my phone, just dolphin HD, Sirius/Xm, Facebook, Mixzing.

What is a solid 2.x Rom with little bugs and the most space. I thought i read somewhere that you should keep over 60mb free.

I was about to make a thread about the same thing. I can't get CM6 RC1 to boot at all & all of the variations of the Rom just don't run right. They constantly force close, reboot, and the market is always messed up. Fresh 2.3.3 worked well but it left me next to no internal memory left for apps. From all the roms I've tried so far, stock 2.1 was the best. So far I don't understand all the hype about installing custom roms...

Definitely the NFX Hero ROM, haven't tried out the ZenEXP ROM tho. I like the fact that its still Sense but has a ton of internal memory (about 150mbs), I have to warn you though that its slightly buggy, the only thing it really does for me is random reboots, not often tho, but everything runs smooth.

My phone is currently being serviced for dust under the screen, so I recently went back to the 2.1 factory ROM. When I get it back, I am thinking about rooting, using Titanium Backup to remove all the bloatware, and overclock a bit. That's it. I'd bet that will solve all my perceived issues with the OS.
