Why aren't they just issuing you a new or refurbished phone,
This is long, but i will explain..
1st handset i had gave me issues with the 360 service they put on the phone and they replaced it with the one im having issues with, it was out of the box for like 6hrs or so (a full charge either way) and started doing this, they give me a loaner a h1 blurrgh now the thing that ticks me off is they have said to me they have to try and repair it 3 times before they will then give me a reconditioned phone! i was told this after saying they should just simply replace with a new 1! WTF why should i get a reconditioned phone for what was a new one (and blatantly faulty) that all i did with was charge! i had to ring customer services about 10 times at least 3 were rude un-helpfull or lied to me i even had 1 tell me i could NOT speak to a manger lol can you believe that S**T and when i was suffering the 360 rubbish 1 told me it was SE's fault lol, the people in the shop are slightly more helpful as they have to deal with me face to face.. the thing is vodafone have lost a customer as once my contract is up im gone (O2 probably ) and once i have my phone back i will be sending both vodafone and trading standards a very long letter with the whole debacle inc customer service muppets names and what they told me, im not annoyed at se but am livid at vodafone... The rubbish that networks get away with is unbelievable, i read on here somewhere that some poor bastard is stuck in a 36 month contract!!! in my mind contract should be a 12month thing TOPS, there should be NO exclusivity of handsets, it should be any handset any network and my biggest gripe NO BRANDING i hate that the networks feel that they know better than the manufacturers by dumping crap bloatware on my phone and slowing updates down for no good reason other than greed...
