Radio Shack has gotten pretty bold in the deals they cut to make sure you buy your latest handset at one of their stores over other retailers, and the trend continues with the T-Mobile G2. The Shack will be offering TMo’s first HSPA+ smartphone for $149.99 on a new two-year contract, a whole $50 off [...]

the tmobile HSPA webconnect card is pretty awful...

I conducted over 150 speed tests in 3 weeks while i was testing it, and lets say it's no where near as good as advertised, speed wise. The stability is also terrible

Pics or it didn't happen...

lol sorry, I always wanted to say that.

You can just say what kind of speeds you were getting as I am only curious really.

I could care less as I am getting anywhere from 10-12 mbps on my epic 4g in a non advertised area.

I'm very happy that your receiving those kind of speeds with 4G. However, do you realize T-mobile technology is not 4g/?

I have a very elaborate excel spreedsheet where i conducted the texts, there's over 150 mile range...I can post it for you if want.

I understand that. I was simply stating what I was already getting so you could get an idea of what you were up against with your speeds.

I guess the idea here is this: You take all those speedtest for download and you add them all up. Now you divide them by 150 since thats how many tests you say you took. That would be what I would like to get an idea of how Tmobile is doing with their network in your area.

I have heard and seen youtube videos of people on the vibrant getting around 5 to 10mbps download on hspa. I was just wondering if what you may be experiencing might have just been some technical issues.

I would state and post the average. However, in reality the stability is very poor, the number means nothing because most of the time you can even take a speed test. There were no technical issues to speak of. perhaps it's my state...or the Congested metropolitan area i live in.

Let's just say i sent the web connect card back...The offered another 20 days to test the network..However, i declined.
