Listening to music on stereo bluetooth eats my internal memory!

I recently bought a Back Beat stereo bluetooth headset for my HERO. After listening for a few days I got a warning stating that my internal memory was getting low. Soon after that, I could not receive text anymore. I did a hard reset on the phone and the memory was restored, but this is the only way I could get the memory to come back. Is there any way to restore the internal memory without doing a hard reset and loosing everything?

Might want to clear cache and sometimes data. Go into menu, settings, applications, manage applications then hit 'clear cache' in every application. Sometimes it would be beneficial to 'clear data' too, but be careful with that one

Keeping cache memory clear on a regular basis is important way to keep your Hero running smooth,I use Quick System Info ,it's a free app in Market. You can set it up with an individule icon to clear all caches,or you can clear them one at a time manually.I clear my caches at least once per wk.,more under heavy use.

Thanx for the input peeps, but I've cleared all caches and data... I delete my text daily. The only time I actually loose memory from the internal storage is when I listen to music on my bluetooth headset. And it seems the only way that the memory is restored is when I do a hard reset on the phone :-(
