This is a re-release. The reason the last release was pulled was because things that I did not notice during testing were happening. Various applications were crashing and other bugs. Sorry for the issues.

Agreed...the Blur Email app is one thing (along with the D2 Gallery) that they got right on the D2.

You could try installing it and see what happens...

You could try installing it and see what happens...

wow we see just alike... because i also like the D2 gallery.. I also updated to the new Gmail that I saw floating around maybe Matt4542 could incorporate that into this rom as well...

i did try getting the bluremail on the phone..

I used the adb shell on my pc to push the BlurEmail.apk and BlurEmailEngine.apk to the phone and it worked fine except it only has the options for IMAP and POP3. There is no option to use a MS exchange server. I might need to push another .apk to the phone but for now going back to my nandroid backup... I didn't notice any bugs... but to be fair I installed the ROM last night messed with the BlurEmail thing then went to bed and have only sent a couple text messages since...

Thanks for posting your efforts...sounds like something is missing from the moto corporate sync engine...I would have thought the blur engine apk would do it (as you obviously did) but must be a few more apks needed.

I may have time this weekend to do a little experimenting myself, I'll post back if I figure out anything in this area.

Hi, I installed this ROM and I'm liking it so far, my only issue seems to be that I can't get a calendar widget to appear on any home screen, any idea why this would be? Thanks. (Complete newbie here by the way)

Definitely nice, I prefer the stock D2 animation, which I luckily found floating on the web.

I went back to 2.0 because my data was going so slowww. I did a wipe and even wiped davlik cache before making the switch. My nandroid worked so it wasnt anything with signal.

I didn't have to do a wipe. I did have to reset my home screen widgets afterward, though. Nothing major.

This usually happens if you dont manually mount system after you reboot into clockwork.

you will also notice that it installs pretty fast if you dont mount it. I missed this part as well the first time I did the install.
