I have only had my Samsung Moment for about two months and I am very unhappy with it. It constantly loses data connection and I have to reset by taking out the battery and reinserting it almost every time I want to check e-mail. I took the phone to Sprint and they did an "update" but it did NOT help. I wanted to trade the phone for a blackberry but they would not do it or even give some kind of discount on the price to buy one. We have been with Sprint for six years. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Stay away from it.
