Accessories New Video Product Review - TETRAX FIXWAY

Thanks for another great review. Very informative.

Though, now I'm a little perturbed because I was all set on the idea of putting this thing on my vent. Seems the ideal place for my subaru... but, if I can find another place, I'd avoid any issues that might've arrived because of it PLUS it looks like there's at least some ability to andjust the angle of that thing. I guess I shouldn't complain -- more choice is better than no choice at all, I suppose.

It probably comes down to location. If you have space for the FIXWAY on your dash, go with that one. They are both the same, except the FIXWAY you can adjust the angle of how the "X" is positioned, as with the XWAY angle is determined by your vents.

Yeah, keeps on falling off of my vent. Perhaps I was trying to pull the phone off incorrectly, but it always seems to be loose on the vent. I even noticed now that the rubber covering the 2 "vices" was sliding off as well.

I think I should be able to find a good spot for the Fixway, and it seems like it'll hold a lot better for me as well.

Hmmm. I just went out and tried to pull mine off the vent and I probably could with a little more force, but it's on pretty good. I know when I have taken mine off, sometimes the rubber stays on the vent.

FYI - I tighten mine pretty good, till it can not turn anymore. I presume it also will matter how think your vents are as well.
