Just got home, powered on my moto droid, and it's dead.
The effing screen is dead...AGAIN.

This is my THIRD moto droid since launch...and I'm done with Moto. done, done,done. So done in fact, they are on my list. Never will I buy anything from their piece of s*#t company again.

I have insurance on this lump of crap...which is a good thing for me, as at least I had the foresight to see this coming when I got the phone.

What can I do to get out from under the moto thumb, still have a kickass droid phone, and not reset my contract in any way, or have to shell out cash.

You think I can get Verizon to give me an Incredible as a replacement?

Yes, recently someone on here got a brand new (in the box) Incredible as their replacement phone through the insurance. I would give it a shot ;) Read the thread about "Asurion handing out Eris as replacement for Droid 1"....they posted in there about being given a brand new Dinc.
