Help Problems upgrading my rom on my hero

Hi,

Am getting problems trying to upgrade my tmobile (Uk) phone to the new rom.

I can get to the point where I can sync the phone, but when running the rom upgrade programme it is saying error 170 when trying to verify my phone.

I have the sync icon in the status bar at the top on my Hero (g2)

Any suggestions?

I am also getting this I went into t-mobile and they were no help what so ever all they said was we can send the phone away for repair? As far as I was aware the phone wasn't broken. I only went in because every month the OTA upgrade tries to update my phone but then it just locks with a ! on the screen.

OK I got mine sorted I downloaded the RUU update from the HTC site and the HTC Sync app 2.04 I think it is and it all worked its just upadating the files thats I missed thanks to tmobile's hurry to get the new update out.
