hi, i know it has been discussed before, but nothing(!!!) 
is working for me. cant install devices properly, cant mount fastboot or adb shell... tried for ages, cant fix it...
what do i need to make it work under xp64pro? step by step please...
which sdk, which driver, which pids, vids, recovery, etc. etc.
im using the latest nightly at the moment...
