Are you sure you are being honest?
You don't think people would have been ridiculed in the 50's and 60's for cautioning against cigarette smoking?
Not because people didn't know cigarette's were unhealthy. If they would have been ridiculed, it would have been because people were adults and were allowed to make the decision to be unhealthy.
And as far as I know, no one has ever thought cellphone use was actually healthy for you either. I'm not sure what point you are trying to make with this?
Really, then I have to believe you are being intentionally obtuse.

And I make it a point to take cellphone radiation research that is funded by the cellphone companies (most of it) with a grain of salt.
Which would be admirable, if you took opinion pieces with the same grain of salt.

Mentions the Interphone Study, but the general consensus among the scientists of the InterPhone Study is that it doesn't show anything clearly. Neither that there is no risk, or that there is an increased risk. As scientists who believe both extremes have made both statements (scientists who participated in the InterPhone study).
The article from GQ... (hint:try scientific articles in the future, not opinion pieces) quoted Microwave news, which is anti-cellphone. The editor of Microwave News decided a LONG time ago that cell phones caused Brain Cancer.
The article makes the claim that there is a 40 percent higher risk of brain tumors when using cell phones for more than a decade (specifically those behind the right ear, where the cell phone is placed). (This was not a conclusion that the InterPhone Study scientists came to a consensus on. Only a few fringe scientists believed that to be the case. In fairness, only a few fringe scientists in the study believed that it proved NO higher brain cancer risk either. The consensus is that it proved nothing, and further study is needed).
Interestingly enough, that's NOT where the cell phone radiation comes from. It comes from the BOTTOM of the phone, around your jaw. It would effect the front of your brain, not the part behind your ear.

Again, another opinion pieceand this one doesn't even both to try to present science to back up it's position. Honestly, it reads more like a plug for Davis's book, than an actually commentary on Cell phone radiation.

I didn't watch it, because I don't have sound on my machine at the moment (no speakers or headphones). However, from the description, it is again dealing with Davis's book. From what I've read, she hasn't done any actual research on the subject.
You would think that a
"scientists" would do some actual studies on a topic before they published a book on it. I guess that gets in the way of book profits though.
Honestly, I would like you to present evidence to support your claim. Evidence to support your claim may not include opinion pieces, book plugs, or any combination of the two.
