Root Cannot set up Yahoo mail after rooting

I have rooted my Droid 1 and I cannot get the Android email client to connect to Yahoo like I did with my stock rom. I am getting a invalid ID/incorrect password error. I have this Same problem with Ultimate Droid and Cyanogen. I can install the Yahoo mail app and connect but I do not like using the Yahoo app would rather use the Android email client.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I agree, I don't like Yahoo's app either. Try a Manual Setup. You only need to change two things, the incoming and outgoing settings. The following link should help. Yahoo Mail On The Motorola Droid | Android Phone Fans
