Help Call Recording App

I want a call recording app that automatically records calls.

Preferably an app that will only record calls to and from phone number set in the app, and preferably, an app that doesn't beep during the call.

I want this to record all calls to T-Mobile customer service, as they have a tendency to deny saying something they did actually say

If this app doesn't exist, then I can cope with an app that automatically records every call.

I cannot find a good one on the market

I don't think one of these exist, as it is illegal in many states within the USA to do so without the other party knowing it is being done..

Yes I believe it is also illegal here in the UK. But when I had my Nokia 5800 there were apps available that allowed me to do this but showed a message telling me I must let the person on the other side of the phone know that they are being recorded. I really don't understand why it is illegal
