Google Phones says no wireless n?

I was checking out googles new site that replaced the Nexus One's home site () and for the fun of it I compared three phones: Capativate, Incredible and the Nexus One.

It says that we are only running bluetooth 2.0 and we don't have wireless N. I thought Wireless N was given to us with the Froyo update?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe wireless N has to do with the physical wireless radio. I don't think software has anything to do with it.

Wireless N is definitely supported. At home my phone connects at 72Mbps.

There are 2 N bands. 2.4ghz (N150) & 5ghz (N300). I have dual band router and my nexus can't detect my 5ghz network which definitely requires a hardware alteration.

Shame as it's much better than N150, my PC downstairs connects at about 240Mbps. Not that I have any use for that

whatever you need wireless n for, you shouldnt be doing it on your nexus anyway

2.4Ghz can manage 300Mpbs as well, it's not a 5Ghz only thing.

It can manage 600 if enabled by the manufacturer.

I tested 2.4 and 5 across my house and while you're technically correct 5ghz, gave much faster speeds in PRACTICE. 2.4 was only marginally faster than G.
