Awesome job!
Naaahhh I wont be deleting mine. I use it to keep in touch with my old high school friends that live on the other side of the state. There really isnt any other site for me to go to where I have friends that I can talk to, you know?
I understand, Im just one of those people that my only way of communicating is with my online friends (stay at home mom)... well I dont mess with the farmville and stuff, I just go and vent, and hope for some responses I guess... so insecure, lol
the thought has crossed my mind, but i use it a lot for advertising shows and well, just being bored at work. although i DID delete my myspace page about a month ago. Myspace has really turned into a big pile of shit!
yeah Im no fan of myspace. Well, Im just wondering where else a girl can go to chat with people and make friends, you know? When you are stuck at home all day, you need that conversation with other people, or you go crazy, lol
I just got one like a month ago. and I only have it cause to view people's sites you need to be logged in.. I love the Entourage line about facebook tho
Someone: E you dont have facebook?
E: No I am an adult.
I didn't even realise you could! How do you do that?; not that it really effects me. I had a FB account for about 20mins. a couple of years ago, just to view some photos a friend wanted me to see, I went to delete it and could only de-activate it back then(or so I thought).
1. Keep in contact with my friends and family all over the country. I have found that I do it a lot more on FB because I see it everytime someone posts something. Without it I never remember to send emails and I hate calling people. Plus having it all sync to my X I have their contact info on my phone if I do want to call or text.
2. Use it to stay up to date on local events, specials, etc and TV shows, etc. Really makes it convenient.
I did get rid of MySpace about a year ago and have not regretted it at all. I don't play games r anything on FB and I just block the games when I get the spam posts because friends are playing.
can you block the FB games without your friends knowing? I dont want to hurt anyones feelings, but I am tired of all those notifications...oooo someone gave me a brick, yay for bricks! lol

Yep in your feed there is an X in the top right corner of each post, click on that, then click on "Hide 'app name'". No one else has to know but you and you won't have that crap filling up your feed anymore
I said the same thing about Twitter for a long time, but I got a Twitter account about a month ago just to follow Android developers, I never post anything on there

Twitter and facebook are very different tho. On twitter I follow retail posters for deals they are running and sales, sports news is always up to the min, twitter has broken some trades before the players involved are even aware they have been traded... and just general news updates are good too.
On facebook.. I dont really care to know the girl I used to date now has her 5th kid and has bought a horse in farmville.
