i wouldnt worry about it too much, lets face it you dont really need more than a quick 1ghz processor at the moment, just think what would you need 1.5GHZ for anyway?

Though HTC is looking to roll out dual core processors in phones Q3 2011, so one can only assume there will be something new in phones that will warrant such power. Thats my point at the moment, there is nothing in terms of phones or apps or whatever that warrants anymore than 1ghz in a processor.

I am thinking that phone should fly though. My Mother just picked up the mytouch slide and its incredibly fast considering the processor. Granted not much on it so it might slow down as apps and memory gets taken up. But atm its much faster then my Evo.

Can't wait for more details and a release for that phone.

It stays fast due to adequate RAM and a lower res screen.
