Calendar sharing

I have a HTC Incredible and my Fiance will soon be upgrading to an Ally. I want to share my calendar on her phone, and vice versa. In essence I want my entries to show on her phone or hers on mine so we don't set apointments or end up with conflicting events. I know people have done this, but I'm just not sure on the steps needed to do so.

When making a calender event , after setting time, date, place... you can send the event via email at the bottom of the new event. As long as she says 'yes' to attending, it will automatically be in her calender

Well I've used that method before, it's just kind of a pain when your adding many events per day. Is there a method to link them, so they auto-sync. A way of tethering them in a way that the two calendars can talk to one another so to speak?

Assuming you are both using Google calendars you can add each other to yours. In calendar, online, add her calendar name to yours and have her do the same. On your phones go into calendar settings/more/calendars, they should be available for selection. All entries should automatically show and update on both now.

Thanks for the help. I figured it out late last night. So far its showing up on my incredible, I'll know if it works for here in a couple weeks lol.
