Samsung service request

My phone has this issue where there is a half light gray/whiteish circle that appears on the top left side of the screen. It only shows up on certain apps that have a gray screen like pandora(while it's waiting for the stations to come up) and tweet deck. I want to send it to Samsung so they could fix it.

My question is has anyone had experience sending the phone to samsung for repair, or would it be more beneficial for me to send it back to wirefly to be fixed?

Hmm, any other occasions besides Pandora where it shows up? I get an artifact only in Pandora but not with any other app or screen test program, I assumed it is limited to Pandora.

I notice it with tweetdeck as well, but only when I go to type a status, and I noticed it on the music player when it froze it went to gray screen and it was there. It doesn't happen on any gray screen, just a certain shade of gray.
If this is something that's normal then I won't bother to send it back as the freezing issue I had at first has gone away and I love this phone!

Hmm. I would assume WireFly would be a smoother transaction. They have a 30 day exchange policy.

Im not sure how easy it would be to do an exchange within 30 days thru Samsung.

I was thinking wirefly would be best except on their site it says
"To avoid any unnecessary charges and be eligible for a full refund for your original wireless device, you must ensure that we receive your original device in original, new condition with all of the product literature, manufacturer packaging, parts and any promotional items"

and in my excitement I threw away the packaging plastic, I have absolutely everything else but I don't know how anal wirefly is about these sort of things and don't want to be charged unnecessary fees.

If you need to process an exchange we are happy to process that for you. Missing plastic wrapping is not a problem. It is the charger, and accessories and manuals, etc. that would trigger a charge. Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss this one on one. :)
